PYRITE IN SHUNGITE
A striking natural pairing of metallic pyrite set within deep black shungite, this material contrasts high-lustre cubic formations against a matte carbon-rich matrix. The pyrite forms through hydrothermal processes, crystallising in sharp, geometric structures, while the shungite host is an ancient carbon-bearing rock known for its dense, uniform appearance. The interplay between reflective metal and dark grounding matrix gives each piece a bold, architectural presence.
