The minimum order for purchase on our website is 200 AUD.

Once you reach this amount, you can checkout on our website while you await for shipping quotes from us - unless you qualify for Free shipping - Woohoo! (Read the next tab to learn more about how shipping works :)

We will email you with shipping quotes once you have made your order which is invoiced via PayPal.

Shipping is FREE for Australian orders 600 AUD and for International orders, this is for orders 1000 AUD and over.

Our policy is direct sourcing from the country of origin where the minerals originate from before consulting secondary companies & manufacturers.

We only outsource when we cannot find the quality or shape of crystal we are looking for.

Bumi Crystals' approach supports local miners, carvers & artisans first. You can be confident that you are supporting local in more than one way <3

For Australian residents, GST of 10% of the order total is added to the amount at the checkout.

Since we are a GST registered business, we are required by Australian Law to collect GST from all transactions completed by Australian residents.
