We have competitive capped shipping rates for our Australian and International customers.

Shipping is FREE for Australian orders $660 AUD and for International orders, this is for orders $1000 AUD and over.

Shipping Protection

All items are carefully assessed by our team prior to shipment.

You can select an optional shipping protection cover which is located in your cart. This covers the items in your parcel in the case of damage or loss during transit to your postal address. Orders without shipping insurance added will not be covered for items lost or damaged in transit to your postal address.

Our policy is direct sourcing from the country of origin where the minerals originate from before consulting secondary companies & manufacturers.

We only outsource when we cannot find the quality or shape of crystal we are looking for.

For Australian residents, GST of 10% of the order total is added to the amount at the checkout.

Since we are a GST registered business, we are required by Australian Law to collect GST from all transactions completed by Australian residents.
